Site"). Please read these terms and conditions carefully
before you start to use the Web Site. By accessing and using this
Web Site, you indicate that you accept (unconditionally and
irrevocably) these terms and conditions (the
"Agreement"). If you do not agree to these
terms and conditions, please refrain from using our Web Site and
exit immediately.
The Web Site is owned and operated by Emirates, (trading as
Congress Solutions International) a corporation established by
Dubai Ruler's Decree No. 2 of 1985 (as amended) having its
principal office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Airport Road, P.O.
Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates;
("CSI").
You represent and warrant that you possess the legal right and
ability to enter into this Agreement and to use this Web Site in
accordance with all terms and conditions herein.
You promise to us you are old enough to enter legally binding
contracts through this Web Site and you know you will be
responsible for all payments due to us for the reservation of a
stand at the Exhibition and ticket bookings in connection with the
Back to School Exhibition (the "Exhibition") which
are made by you or another person on your behalf.
Please also make sure that you have read and accept our Privacy
Policy.
Modification of Terms
We may change these terms and conditions at any time without
advance notice. Changed terms will become effective once posted on
the Web Site, and will not have any retrospective effect on
existing contractual arrangements made through this Web Site. Your
continued use of this Web Site after any change means you have
accepted the changed terms and conditions.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions and any other legal notices, policies
and guidelines of CSI linked to these terms and conditions
constitute the entire agreement between you and CSI relating to
your use of this Web Site and supersede any prior understandings or
agreements (whether oral or written), claims, representations, and
understandings of the parties regarding such subject matter and the
terms and conditions may not be amended or modified except by
making such amendments or modifications available on this Web
Site.

SUBJECT TO THE EXHIBITOR ENTERING INTO A STAND AGREEMENT WITH CSI
FOR THE USE OF THE STAND AND EXHIBITION SPACE.
ANY RIGHTS NOT EXPRESSLY GRANTED HEREIN ARE RESERVED BY US.
Indemnity
As a condition of use of this Web Site, you agree to indemnify us
from and against any and all liabilities, expenses (including legal
fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting from your use of
this Web Site, including without limitation any claims alleging
facts that if true would constitute a breach by you of this
Agreement.

This Web Site may contain links and pointers to Internet sites
maintained by third parties. We do not operate or control in any

You agree to use this Web Site solely for the purpose of obtaining
information relating to the Exhibition and for the purchase of
tickets for the Exhibition and/or the reservation of a stand at the
Exhibition or to transact business with us.
You agree to use the Web Site's services to make only legitimate
reservations of a stand at the Exhibition and/or the legitimate
purchase of tickets for the Exhibition. You agree not to make any
false reservation or any reservation in anticipation of
demand.
You agree to all of our terms and conditions of purchase for any
Exhibition tickets and/or reservation of a stand at the Exhibition,
including, but not limited to, full and timely payment of all
amounts due and compliance with all rules concerning the purchase
of tickets. All fees, assessments, charges, taxes and duties
arising out of use of the Web Site are your sole
responsibility.
You agree to not abuse the Web Site. "Abuse" includes, without
limitation, using the Web Site to:
Defame, harass, stalk, threaten, abuse or otherwise violate others'
rights as defined by applicable law.

software in any respect, including, without limitation, by

Web Site Bookings
You may reserve a stand at the Exhibition and/or tickets for the
Exhibition on the Web Site by registering your personal and/or
company details.
Use of Credit Card
We accept all major credit cards. We accept credit cards
issued in countries as specified during the booking process. If you
do not have a credit card, you may choose to pre-register for the
Exhibition and pay in cash when visiting the Exhibition.
Tickets purchased on the Web Site and paid by credit card must be
collected at the Exhibition. The credit card holder and the credit
card used to purchase the tickets must be produced at the
Exhibition when collecting tickets. CSI reserves the right to
refuse transfer of the tickets in case of non-compliance with these
credit card rules.
Security
To insure secure online payment, all credit card payments will be
redirected by the Web Site to a secure online payment system.
We will take all reasonable measures to insure the information you
transmit to us using the Web Site will remain confidential and
protected from unauthorized access. Despite those measures, we do
not warrant unauthorized access to that information can never
happen. We will not be liable for any such unauthorized access
unless caused solely by our gross negligence, in which event you
will be entitled to compensation up to a maximum of the value of
the services purchased by you. CSI accepts no liability or
responsibility for any loss, damage, misuse or unauthorized access
occurring in connection with the provision of credit card
data.
