Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1)     These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the ticket holder and the organiser (Congress Solutions International) with regard to attendance at the Back to School Exhibition ('Exhibition').  The issuance, use or attempted use of this ticket binds the ticket holder to these terms and conditions.

2)     Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may not be re-sold or transferred for profit by anyone other than the organiser.  On any unauthorised re-sale or transfer, this ticket shall become null and void and the ticket holder will be refused entry or ejected from the venue. The organiser reserves the right to cancel any ticket advertised with the intent of reselling for profit or commercial gain.

3)     Admission:

Individual - 1 Individual (Adult or Child) - AED 15

Family - 2 Adults and 3 Children - AED 50

Group - 10 Individuals (Adults and/or Children) - AED 100

Photo identification for proof of age may be required.

Tickets purchased for the Exhibition shall be valid between the following periods only (the "Exhibition Period"):

10:00 UAE and 20:00 UAE on 12 September 2013;

12.00 UAE and 21.00 UAE on 13 September 2013; or

12.00 UAE and 20.00 UAE on 14 September 2013.

Each ticket shall be valid for one admission only during the Exhibition Period and cannot be reused.

4)     Early arrival is recommended and the organiser accepts no responsibility for late arrival.

5)     No person shall breach or infringe the rights of any sponsors, suppliers, broadcasters or other parties commercially associated with the Exhibition, nor conduct unauthorised promotions or other commercial activity. 

6)     All ticket holders must comply with all applicable Health and Safety law/regulations in force together with the venue rules.

7)     No food or drink may be brought into the venue and will be confiscated by security at the entrance to the venue.

8)     You shall not be permitted access to prohibited areas of the venue including but not limited to; centre administration offices, mechanical and utility rooms, building resource areas, public services areas such as concession stands, kitchens and cafes, restaurants or any other area of the venue as specified or advised at any time.

9)     All persons and bags will be subject to search when entering the venue and prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated, including, but not limited to, guns, replica guns, knives or weapons of any sort;  explosives; aerosol containers; pointed or sharp objects; razors, box cutters or tools of any kind.

10)  Drinking of Alcohol will not be permitted at the venue.

11)  Any person attending the event expressly acknowledges that it is a public event and in this regard agrees that his/her image may be broadcast for no consideration and more generally be exploited by any means and on any media, throughout the entire world and for the duration of the exploitation of this and future Exhibitions, and waives in advance all rights and actions seeking to oppose this exploitation.  Ticket holder's use of their own recordings of the Exhibition is strictly limited to personal use only.  Photographs taken by the Exhibition organisers, or their photographers, within the venue may be used for promotional purposes. The purchase of this ticket authorises the Exhibition to use your photographed image for promotional activity, with no commercial gain for the individual.

12)  The Organiser reserves the right to reallocate or cancel the Exhibition in whole or in part without notice, for any reason.  In such cases a refund or partial refund may be given at the organiser's discretion, but is not guaranteed.

13)  You are responsible for all personal effects at all times during the Exhibition.

14)  The organiser shall accept no liability for bodily injury, illness or death of any visitor or exhibitor (including yourself) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the Exhibition, save where the same results from the negligence on the part of employees of the organiser whilst acting within the scope of their employment. 

15)  The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or service to, or expel any person, whose behaviour is deemed in the sole discretion of the organiser to be unsuitable.

16)  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of and applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.
